New Calendar System Implemented!

Members of the OWU community (current students, faculty, and staff)

  1. Go to schedule.owu.edu.
  2. Log in with your OWU username and password.
  3. When requesting an event:
    • Select the “Event Request - Faculty/Staff/Students” event request form for OWU events.
    • Select the “Event Request - Guest” event request form for personal events.

Guests (non-members of the OWU community)

WELCOME TO the Campus Reservations Web site.

If the information in your request is complete and the space is available, then you will receive a confirmation via e-mail from the Calendar Coordinator. This will include your reservation number.

If the information in your request is incomplete or the space you requested is not available, then you will be contacted in order to complete your request.

Please allow three working days for your request to be processed.

Need to make a table request or make changes to your reservation? Please contact us.

If you need information on room capacities, then you may go to the facilities page. You may also go to the catering page if you will be requesting food for your event.
