THIS IS YOUR APPLICATION for the use of space. Please fill out the form completely. If the space you request is available you will receive a confirmation⁄contract in your e-mail. If the space you requested is not available, then the alternate space⁄date will be substituted or if this is not available then you will be contacted to make other arrangements.

Note: Please allow three working days for your request to be processed.

Campus Organizations/Groups
B&G charges will be assessed to the above account number for the staff support time worked outside of the normal working hours (overtime and/or doubletime) at a flat rate of $13.50 per person per hour for housekeeping services, and $22.00 per person per hour for any trade services. This charge could include two hours before the event, event duration, and two hours after the event, depending upon the support effort required by the group/event. The above group/event will be assessed for the cost of the rental of any equipment requirements (such as tables, chairs, risers, etc.) that must be obtained through an outside vendor if the equipment is not readily available from campus stock.
All Applicants must agree to the following:
If using the Benes Banquet Rooms the Applicant agrees not to tape anything to the Benes Room Walls. The applicant is expected to leave the room rented and the equipment in a reasonable manner. This would be similar to the manner in which it was found. The applicant will be held financially responsible for any damages found after the event. All decorations must be approved prior to your event. Glitter may not be used on any occasion. Firearms are prohibited on the Ohio Wesleyan University Campus.

Catering
APPLICANT must contact Catering at 740-368-3453 to place order. The order for food must be received at least one week prior to the event.

Note: Any requests for alcohol must be contracted through Food Service.
